Digital products
Because the guides are digital files delivered immediately, they are generally not returnable once downloaded. Decide here whether you offer refunds anyway and under what conditions.
Problems with a file
If your download link doesn't work or the file is damaged or incomplete, contact us with your order number and we will fix the delivery or issue a refund.
Wrong guide purchased
Contact us describing what happened. State here whether you exchange the guide, offer a credit or issue a refund.
Duplicate charges
Accidental duplicate orders of the same guide are refunded.
How to request a refund
Write to us through the contact page with your order number and the reason for the request. Approved refunds are returned through Shopify to your original payment method.
